YUP! I got it for Christmas!!! It has some pretty sweet recipes for introducing different flavors, spices, and herbs into the babies diet! The book is broken into age categories so it gives you a guideline as to what is appropriate for the different ages! I love it! I asked my DR about some of the recipes, just to see what her input was, and she said it is totally on par so I am getting ready to gear up and make some delicious yum yums for Sqworms!!
